Certified Phone Solutions engineering staff is avaliable for meetings to plan
and design present and future communication systems in support of your own organizational
requirements. All systems provided by Certified Phone Solutions represent the
latest "state-of-the-art" technology in both "off-the-shelf" and
customized communication systems.
ONE POINT OF CONTACT:
In the event there is a problem with the system. regardless of the source of the
problem, one call to our service department is all that will be required. Certified
Phone Solutions will define the problem and coordinate all technical interfacing with
the local utility or the outside supplier.
MAINTENANCE AND SERVICE:
Certified Phone Solutions personnel responds to customer service needs on a
24-hour standard response time.
TRAINING:
Complete system training for your staff is included as part of the package when you
buy from Certified Phone Solutions. Special attention is given to your operators
and each member of your staff, Certified Phone Solutions will offer additional
training at no charge for those customers with maintenance. For those customers not under
contract with us, training is available at a reasonable charge.
LENDER PHONE/WARRANTY STOCK PROGRAM:
Certified Phone Solutions will provide an on-site emergency replacement parts
inventory, kept under lock and key environment with both the customer and Certified
Phone Solutions having access. This inventory will remain on-site as required to
maintain the system during the warranty period and additional on-going maintenance
agreements.
